   * What led up to the situation?
Trying to build cowboy examples.

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
A 'make' into whatever example directory.

   * What was the outcome of this action?
Makefile:4: ../../erlang.mk: No such file or directory
make: *** No rule to make target '../../erlang.mk'.  Stop.

Which is quite normal as /usr/share/doc/erlang-cowboy-examples/erlang.mk
doesn't exist :/

   * What outcome did you expect instead?
Examples to build smoothly.

   * Obeewan Kenobi?
