Hello.

First, I'd like to thank you a lot for packaging lighttpd for Debian.
I used to build the package myself (using the upstream's debian dir),
but somehow I have much more trust in DD-supervised packages. :o)

I know that my distro (Ubuntu Breezy) is not supported by you, but
maybe you could spare a bit of info nevertheless - after rebuilding
the package (Breezy ships with libssl0.9.7) I got the following:

shot at durance:~/ubuntu/packages/lighttpd/1.4.8-1$ sudo dpkg -i lighttpd_1.4.8-1~0shot1_i386.deb
Selecting previously deselected package lighttpd.
(Reading database ... 29995 files and directories currently installed.)
Unpacking lighttpd (from lighttpd_1.4.8-1~0shot1_i386.deb) ...
Setting up lighttpd (1.4.8-1~0shot1) ...
/etc/init.d/lighttpd: line 30: log_daemon_msg: command not found
invoke-rc.d: initscript lighttpd, action "start" failed.

I can't find log_daemon_msg in any of the Ubuntu or Debian
packages, so I must be researching in the wrong direction...

Cheers,
