[pkg-lighttpd] Bug#344959: lighttpd: please include mod_userdir to lighttpd.conf

IMO adding:

            "mod_userdir",

to server.modules in /etc/lighttpd/lighttpd.conf is what people with
no wish to edit http server's config do expect. If you disagree add
this module as commented out.

Please also add:

userdir.path = "public_html"

Which is also the standard choice. Unfortunately it must be commented
out if the module is also commented out.
