Hi,

while I was working on lighttpd on the weekend, I ran into a problem: with the
new handling of images/ and doc/, the /cgi-bin/ -> /usr/lib/cgi-bin/ alias does
not seem to work from localhost.
Maybe this is an upstream bug, but there is a fix:

1. define a bogus alias.url so that it is possible to append to it afterwards
2. put the alias for images and doc into global {} and append them to alias.url
3. append /cgi-bin/ => /usr/lib/cgi-bin/ to alias.url

Maybe there is an easier solution to this, which I am missing, but I did not get
any other combination to work.

I've not yet checked in this workaround, since it's not very clean. What do you
think?

Otherwise, I've added mod_cml and split out trigger_b4_dl into its own package,
along with some changes and configuration updates.
