[pkg-lighttpd] Bug#368670: start doesn't detach terminal with php5-fastcgi

Hi

It looks like spawned fast-cgi processes have attached stderr to
terminal where they were excecuted. I'm not sure whether it is PHP or
Lighttpd bug, however most likely it was real cause of bug #355865.
