[pkg-lighttpd] Bug#407820: Enable FAM support

hullo,

this is actually very useful as the old lighttpd package from sarge
silently ignores the server.stat-cache-engine option which leads to
an error on upgrading if you turned it on before.

on the other side it's very annoying to rebuild the package on every
release :-D
