 After discussion with the uploader (Pierre Habouzit), it turned out
 this conflict wasn't justified as lighttpd's file monitoring works with
 gamin as well.  Because there's a large userbase for gamin (larger than
 fam's) and because it's the default file monitor for Xfce, I think we
 shouldn't release with this conflict in place; I requested an upload to
 and also offered to NMU, but Pierre suggested that more time in
 unstable would allow to spot other bugs which could be fixed in the
 same upload.

 I'm also bumping the severity to prevent the conflict from reaching
 testing.
