[pkg-lighttpd] Bug#456200: lighttpd: Default to max-procs = 1

Hi,

The default conf has max-procs = 2 (for PHP via FastCGI). Is there a need for this?
I read that max-procs = 1 is better if you use Xcache and that 2 isn't needed at all.

Can the default be lowered?
