Can’t the condition be changed to ‘$HTTP["host"] == "localhost"’ then?

This would allow http://my-sekrit-webapp/doc/ to work independently.

I think developers should be forced to occasionally delete their dotfiles
and restricted from creating new ones for a while. That would probably
beat the blank slate experience of many apps into shape rather quickly.
