No I believe it's a good one. And when you're supposed to install a
web server, you're supposed to configure at least a bit anyways.
No I won't change a policy because the way my web-server parses its
options is completely brain-dead. Please let be serious for one second.
What kind of languages forces you to do global-scoped declaration first
and then as soon as you scoped anything ignores them ? What kind of
silly joke is that ? Even COBOL isn't that stupid.
