Hi,

I'm also seeing this, on all machines running lighttpd (1.4.13-4etch11
on amd64). It also breaks the logrotate force-reload invocation during
cron.daily run:

Adding --background to the init-script (which was dropped in 1.4.11-4)
fixed it for me.
