Hi,

To avoid a site being available via multiple URLs (domain.net and www.domain.net), the following script can be used:
no-www.conf:
$HTTP["host"] =~ "^www\.(.*)" {
  url.redirect = ( "^/(.*)" => "http://%1/$1" )
}

Could you include it?
