[pkg-lighttpd] Compiling mod_h264_streaming against 1.4.13

I am trying to compile mod_h264_streaming
http://h264.code-shop.com/trac/wiki/Mod-H264-Streaming-Download
against the debian source package of lighttpd. For some reason when I
compile the mod_h264_streaming is simply skipped. Is there something
that I am missing in order to properly compile modules against the
source tree? I added mod_h264_streaming to the do_build as well and
that did not help. I'm sure it's something simple that I'm missing.
