[pkg-lighttpd] Bug: include_shell

Hi, i found a little bug in the init Script:

http://nohostname.de/blog/2009/04/27/bug-im-initscript-von-lighttpd-in-lenny/

include_shell only works with SHELL=/bin/bash oder /bin/sh

And additionally I add something to set the User and Group to the ones 
that are defined in lighttpd.conf.
