[pkg-lighttpd] Bug#539955: lighttpd: Please add status action to debian/init.d script

The lighttpd init script could really use the 'status' action, as defined in
the LSB specification [1]. The new function, status_of_proc(), was added to
/lib/lsb/init-functions to support such action. I'm attaching a patch that
adds this functionality.
