[pkg-lighttpd] Bug#563626: lighttpd: logrotate config suboptimal

The shipped /etc/logrotate.d/lighttpd uses "copytruncate", which
according to the logrotate man page is prone to a race condition
leading to data loss.
I suggest instead using "create" and "delaycompress", as lighttpd is
perfectly able to reopen its logs, and the logrotate conf tells it to
do so in the postrotate...
