You reassigned to bug, this means "it's not a problem I can fix".

It confuses users... it's cruft, it's not clean.
The severity might not be serious, it's still a bug.

I say we're far from having it solved at a higher level, "declarative
diversions" are the subject of a GSoC but there's no plan currently to do
something similar with the alternatives.
