You should shift mod_alias to there as well then. Not entirely sure
about DPM if not enabled by default though.

Won't argue about mod_compress, I'm fine with that. Indeed even some
more core settings would probably be ok. We apparently just disagree
whether mod_fastcgi counts into that category or not.
