Actually not only bad style but also a bug. I will fix that for the next
upload to make sure it respects any possible stat-override the
administrator may have created.

Regarding the systemd discussion I see you are both discussing nicely,
so I will lazy as I am wait for the outcome of your discussion and see
how things are then. :>

Right now I do not see any problem to include necessary files, although
we need a bit more than just including these files to make sure we can
cleanly use systemd and not sysvinit if desired.
