[pkg-lighttpd] Upgrading to git?

Hi,

I wonder if we should upgrade the repository to git? That would give us
a few more advantages, including support for pristine tar and local
commits (which is particularly useful for cases where your own work
should not appear immediately remote).

Note that eloy only is technically allowed to create a git repository
for the time being.
