[pkg-lighttpd] Bug#731074: lighttpd: indeterminate test on kfreebsd buildds

The mod-fastcgi.t test sometimes fails and sometimes succeeds on the
kfreebsd build daemons.  Please see latest build logs:

I did some testing with a real kfreebsd machine, and this test always
passes (I uploaded those binaries), so it seems the problem is
specific to the buildds.
