[pkg-lighttpd] Bug#703215: lighttpd: obsolete conffiles not removed

The recent upgrade did not deal with obsolete conffiles properly. Please
use the dpkg-maintscript-helper support provided by dh_installdeb to
remove these obsolete conffiles on upgrade.
