Log:
* remove liblirc_client.la:
  - only kradio 0.1.1.1~20061112-4 in squeeze uses it as dependency_libs in 
    /usr/lib/kradio/plugins/liblirc.la, add a versioned Breaks to aid partial
    squeeze --> wheezy upgrades; kradio is replaced by kradio4 in wheezy.
  - no rdepends in wheezy (2011-04-04) use *.la files.
