Ok, done. ;)

Done too. :)

One thing i want to add is that you will have to use the -k<yourkeyid>
option of dpkg-buildpackage to sign the package when building it with
cvs-buildpackage or dpkg-buildpackage, because they will just look for=20
the keyid of the "person" "Debian Lirc Maintainers", and of course=20
they will fail. ;-)

Well basic usage of cvs-buildpackage is not really difficult, but you
should create a small cfgfile (~/.cvsdeb.conf) with content simmiliar
to this one:

conf_rootdir=3D'/home/chelli/vdr/cvs-buildpackage'
conf_workdir=3D"$conf_rootdir/$package"
conf_dpkg_options=3D(-rfakeroot -k0a327652)

Binary packages will be built in $conf_workdir/$package-version,=20
and the resulting binaries are stored in $conf_workdir, the directory=20
$conf_workdir should be created manually (in out case $package will be=20
just lirc and libirman).

You should also copy the orig.tar.gz of the corresponding package into=20
its workdir.

conf_dpkg_options are just the options you would add to a call of
dpkg-buildpackage, it is up to you if you want to add -k<yourkeyid> or
not, maybe you do not want to enter your passphrase everytime you do a
test-build (you may also ommit these options completely and add them to
the call of cvs-buildpackage instead)

To build a package you have just go into the directory where you
checked out the source and call cvs-buildpackage where you normally
would call dpkg-buildpackage.

I hope that this description is short enough. :)

Regards,
Thomas
