[Pkg-lirc-maint] Bug#184245: option to start irexec too

There is no /usr/sbin/vboxlirc in the Debian packages.  Is this what you
meant?

Also, why is it better to start it as a daemon, rather than just firing
it up every once in a while when you need it (say to run eject or
something)?
