        "must" or "required" directive), or, in the package maintainer's
        opinion, makes the package unsuitable for release.
        
Obviously a "should" it is not a "must" nor a "required".
Also this bug doesn't make the package unsuitable for release.
Therefor I'm lowering the severity to normal.
