Please see #588027 http://bugs.debian.org/588027, disabling lirc_i2c
(if not needed) is likely the easiest workaround. If lirc_i2c is not 
the the real issue, please provide the log of the failed build attempt:

$ LANG= m-a --kvers-list $(uname -r) --kernel-dir /usr/src/linux-headers-$(uname -r)/ --userdir /tmp/pkg/ --text-mode build lirc-modules-source
