this means, we have the possibility to choose *when* we want the package
migrate in testing, just by closing this bug :)
unless somebody else opens RC bugs, in ~10 days we will make it migrate, or maybe
before, just we can choose when

let users complain, depending on the number/type of bugs we will know how
to react :)(I'm opening also a binNMU request for reverse-dependencies)
