Oops, sorry for causing a number of those really large commit
diffs. :-]

I've started using svk and I'm now slowly get a better understanding
of how it works; much to my surprise, copies in a local branch, like
when creating a tag directory, seem to translate into an "add" on the
remote side, not into a normal svn "copy" like I expected. 

On the positive side, all upstream tags for aespipe, loop-AES and
ciphers should now be complete and up-to-date again. I will see how
using svk works out for some longer and plan to then send a short
tutorial-style introduction for using svk in pkg-loop-aes.
