latest klibc build on mips due to tbm merging the mips patches into
linux-2.6. that said there is still an stat() trouble on that arch
that needs more investigation.
mipsel should build fine once we have the headers.

inbetween 1.3.1 has ppowerpc troubles due to the symlink crap
working around the ppc+ppc64 powerpc merge, will fix that.
