this week would be good. i'm going to be working full time starting the
21st(till early april, most likely), so it might be more difficult to
meet after then.
 
times that would be good for me, in UTC, presuming i got it right:

18:00-01:00, 05:00-08:00, just about any day this week.

i could go either way on this. i asked about it in #ltsp, and jammcq was
ok with it. we should probably also announce the meeting to the
ltsp-devel list, no matter where it is held. 

i guess my inclination is to put it in the most public place possible,
so as not to be a stealth organization, and also to possibly attract
additional interest from people who haven't yet heard of ltsp muekow in
debian and ubuntu.
