bzr patch queue manager[0], as i said in my first message. I think
that any launchpad developer is using it for request branch merges,
but i'm not sure about others (ubuntu developers, ..).

Since we will be hosting a central branch (pkg-ltsp at alioth), the pqm
approach seems to be the best, but we're all newcomers on it. I think
we will need to talk with Robert Collins if it fits well with our
procedures or we will handle the central branch in a other way.
