[Pkg-ltsp-devel] local device support in debian (ltspfs)

so, in order to get decent local device support in etch, we need to act
quickly to upload ltspfs into debian. i hope we can grab the tarball
from ubuntu:

unfortunately, i don't really have the hardware to test it on at the
moment.
