[Pkg-ltsp-devel] Some updates for the Debian package

I've made the following patches available from my updated public bzr
repository:

  * Make it easier to backport to etch by checking the target
    distribution listed in the changelog and dividing the udeb menu
    item value by 100 if it is etch.
  * Add code in the ltsp-client-builder udeb to pass the d-i keyboard
    setting to LTSP and X.org.  (Closes: #421762)

The repository is available from

Please merge into the official debian package if they look sane.
