no, this really does not render the package unusable. they are
incompatible, and thus the conflicts is appropriate.

i think ltsp-utils for 4.x actually behaves more sanely than ltsp5. so
really our scripts need to be smarter. but upstream is pushing ltsp5, so
i don't know that it's worth fixing everything to work properly
together.

we may try to include similar tools to ltsp-utils (i.e. configuration
helpers and such) in the future, but ltsp-utils as it stands should
hopefully be deprecated before the next release.
