in ubuntu it caused so much support issues and broken systems that we
decided to drop ltsp-utils two releases ago already. ltsp 4.2 for .deb
based systems is deprecated and shouldnt be shipped in either ubuntu or
debian.

note that we (as ltsp upstream) try to get other distros to switch to
the new upstream source as well since ltsp 4.2 outs a huge maintenance
burden on the ltsp team while ltsp5 moves responsibilities for kernel, x
and the rest of the base system into the distros realm, so from a
manpower POV it would beappreciated to drop the old 4.2 stuff.
