[Pkg-ltsp-devel] Bug#514877: locale-gen fails on ltsp-build-client

When trying to build an i386 ltsp on an AMD64,
locale-gen seems to be missing from the ltsp build directory, the result
is an error:

	# time ltsp-build-client --arch i386 --dist etch \
	--mirror http://ftp.fi.debian.org/debian/

	I: Base system installed successfully.
	chroot: cannot run command `locale-gen': No such file
	or directory
	error: LTSP client installation ended abnormally
