[Pkg-ltsp-devel] Bug#705143: ltsp-server-standalone: LTSP client graphics severely corrupt with Cinnamon 2D desktop

I'm trying to use LTSP with Debian Wheezy. I have installed Cinnamon from Linux
Mint repositories, since the Gnome 3 dosen't work for thin clients, Gnome
Classic (fallback) is quite dumb, and Cinnamon falls back to Gnome Clasic too.
So only Cinnamon 2D remains the last GNOME-like environment in the line.

However, the Cinnamon 2D opens with severely corrupted graphics, rendering it
quite useless.

When used directly on the server, the Cinnamon 2D works fine. Moreover, I
installed one of the thin clients with Debian Wheezy, effectively making it a
thick client (other words, a standalone desktop PC), and the Cinnamon 2D works
fine. However booting the machine as LTSP thin client again, screen corrupted
in Cinnamon 2D.

Please, are there any hints, what can I try to make it work?

I attach two screenshots - first is taken after logon, second is with Libre
Office open - please note that only half screen is used, however controls react
on the right (fictive) places on screen, other words, in order to click the
"close" buttox (X), I must click on the very right top edge of the screen, not
at the place where the X button is rendered.
