[Pkg-lustre-maintainers] fiemap.h for kernel 2.6.18

hey

I've a problem finding a fix we worked out a bit ago:

fiemap.h is not longer needed on newer kernels (2.6.18 is the last one 
where this is needed i guess). But the problem is now: What have to happen 
in the makefiles to tell lustre that fiemap.h isn't needed on kernel > 
2.6.18... 

I know that there was a fix for this issue.. but i can't find it.
