[Pkg-lustre-maintainers] big diff for 1.6.1 and current svn

Okay here's a big diff just for the patches for what I had to do for
1.6.1 (current lustre cvs).

Since its quite large I put the cvs tarball and the patch together on
my home server.

Some of the patch chunks seem quite stupid to have, like the
'generated with automake 1.7.8' swapped with 'generated with automake
1.7.9' patch chunks. I'd be a lot less work to update if the patch
chunks contained content that means something rather than version
swaps.
