Welcome.

Have you been following the lustre lists? There is fs corruption in 2.6.18,
for which lustre 1.6.1 (expected "soon") should have a fix. There apparently
are fixes in the bugzilla and mentioned on the lists, but I haven't had time
to test and merge them.

I'll download and look at this package sometime soon,
