Okay I've noticed that you don't have ia64 mckinley support so I've
built some binaries[0] after the patch I attached. The patch fixes
some of the availability issues between architectures of the PAGE_SIZE
and friends defines. I've submitted patches to the lkml about moving
those defines inside the __KERNEL__ define for i386 and x86-64, since
that's where they suggested the defines should be.

This isn't a repository since the server isn't a debian box but please
check it out.
