[Pkg-lustre-maintainers] lustre-test package

Hey Goswin,

The idea of the lustre-test package is pretty nice, but I've some 
objections:
 - Atm all executables are in /usr/lib/* ... this seems to be wrong for 
me.. at least the executables have to be in a (|s)bin dir. if there are 
shellscripts which are only sourced they should be stored in  /usr/share/*
Only compiled libs used by these test packages should go to /usr/lib/*. So 
there is quite some work needed.
