On systemboot when /dev/sdb1 should be mounted following messages were
displayed 36 times
"device-mapper: : dm-linear: Device lookup failed"
"device-mapper: error adding target to table".
If i tried to manually mount /dev/sdb1 the message was something like
"/dev/sdb1 already mounted or /<target> busy", even though nothing was
written to /etc/mtab and I tried different <target>
I hope this was what you wanted, if further info would help I'll gladly
do what I can to get it.
