Bug#315505: lvm2: Please turn on SELinux support

Hi,

        Please consider turning on SELinux support to devmapper. It
 is as simple as adding libselinux1-dev [!hurd-i386] to the build
 depends line. This has been tested on non-SELinux machines to ensure
 that there is no problem in the general case.
