libsysfs mini-freeze

Hi everybody,
I want to propose a mini-freeze to get the current sysfsutils package
(which builds libsysfs) and your packages (which depend on libsysfs)
into testing. Due to the SONAME transition, all reverse dependencies
must go into testing at once. We were almost there yesterday, but due
to a new upload we need to wait for another ten days.
I would like to ask you to not upload a new version (unless, of
course, to fix RC bugs) until the current packages get into testing.
The progress can nicely be tracked at [1].
Thank you in advance for your cooperation,
Martin
