Bug#326428: fix by add --dereference to the chmod command in /etc/init.d/lvm-common

Adding '--dereference' to the 'chmod $MOD $DEV' command (so
'chmod --dereference $MOD $DEV') should fix this for lvm2 without
breaking lvm1.
