Bug#394333: lvm2: Volume group corruption on internal error during 'lvcreate --mirror 1'

The internal error is there upstream: I've checked a fix for that
into CVS.  You'll have to wait for the later allocation patches
to get the log on the same device though - or grab (unfinished) patches 
from linux-lvm mailing list, or edit your metadata by hand with
vgcfgbackup/restore.
