Bug#418614: lvm2: Mounting lvm-partition fails on boot

Package: lvm2
Version: 2.02.24-1
Severity: important

After making an dist-upgrade none lvm-volumes were mounted on boot. The
relevant init-skript seems to be /etc/init.d/lvm for me and this is part
of lvm-common, which was removed by aptitude while installing this lvm2
version. The init-skript exit whithout mounting the volumes since
/sbin/lvmiopversion is not available.

So please provide an init-skript instead of the deprecated marked one
from lvm-common for mounting the lvm-volumes on boot time.
