Bug#412517: lvm2: New upstream version 2.02.22 adds significant features for local+clvm

Thereis a new upstream version (2.02.22) that provides some significant
features for users who use LVM locally and with a cluster. The best one
is that it includes internal cluster locking, and has the ability to
fallback to local locking if the cluster subsystem is unavailable. So,
with this version you can reliably have local storage on LVM and still
use the cluster components.
